What is Ratio Keto Yogurt?

Ratio Keto Yogurt comes in various flavours, including coconut, black cherry, mango, vanilla, and strawberry, which is my personal favourite. You can't go wrong with any of the flavours, and this is one of the most excellent keto yoghurts on the market today, in my view. I decided to do a taste test and share my thoughts on each taste.

Black Cherry Ratio Keto Yogurt

I'm not usually a cherry picker, preferring strawberries or coconut-flavoured products, but I have to say, this flavour is exceptionally excellent. It has a sweet cherry flavour that isn't overpowering and isn't overly acidic. I'd repurchase it in a heartbeat!

Coconut Ratio Keto Yogurt

I adore all things coconut, and this flavour has that flavour; plus, it makes me feel like I'm eating a dessert! I added a handful of Catalina Crunch Keto Cereal for a little chocolate flavour. Cocoa and coconut bliss.

Strawberry Ratio Keto Yogurt 

This is my favourite of the Ratio yoghurts, and it's very refreshing in the summer. You can even add a popsicle stick and freeze the container to make a delicious keto-friendly popsicle to cool you off on a hot day. This is the sweetest of the four flavours I tested, so if you like something less intense, you might want to stick with the vanilla.

Vanilla Ratio Keto Yogurt 

This Ratio vanilla keto yoghurt is delicious, mainly because of its creamy. For a quick and substantial low-carb breakfast, I will occasionally add a pinch of keto granola and some sliced fresh strawberries. ChocZero Chocolate Chips, blueberries, or Catalina Crunch Cinnamon Cereal can also be added. This is the flavour I buy the most since it's the easiest to mix up by adding additional.

Mango Ratio Keto Yogurt

Unfortunately, the mango flavour appears challenging to come by, at least in my region! I looked in Publix, Walmart, Target, and Sprouts but couldn't find anything. It does, however, have a 4.3 out of 5-star rating on Amazon, so if you can locate it, it could be worth a go. I'm not a huge fan of mangoes, but I'd try it.
